Cancellation Policy/ Refund/ Exchange
The airline tickets and service fees are generally non-refundable after 24 hours of making reservations. In case of hotels reservations and car rentals, the paid amount is non-refundable. However, the service fees charges in case of hotel booking and car rentals can be refundable but there is no surety.
All the cancellations related to airline tickets, car rentals and hotel bookings should be done over the phone only. If below-mentioned conditions are met, we will be able to accept your refund request.
We may not be able to give you a specific time frame in relation to how long it may take to process the requested refund. Once you submit the request for cancellation with our customer service agent, we will send you a confirmation email that your request has been received. However, it does not mean that you are qualified for the refund. The email we send with a tracking number is just for acknowledgement that your request has been received.
On your request for refund and cancellation, we will contact the suppliers such as hotels, airline, and car rental companies that to generate the waiver of it qualifies for a refund. The decision will be on the supplier if they will generate a waiver or not and we shall notify you about it.
Generally, our services fee is non-refundable which is related to the original reservations or booking. Please acknowledge that for receiving a refund, we are completely dependent on the suppliers’ decision. Please note that you will not be able to receive a refund if the airline or other supplier rules don’t permit for refunds.
If the request for refund is approved by suppliers, from receiving your request to receiving credit, it will take about 60 to 90 days to reflect the amount in your bank. US Cheap Ticket will charge post ticketing service fee, as applicable besides the refund penalties charged by the airlines and other suppliers. The refund fee is charged per person and per ticket basis.
Please note the refund fee is only applicable if a refund is authorized by supplier. If the suppliers don’t process the requested refund, then in that case only we will refund the post-ticketing service fees we charged. However, it does not apply to our booking fees for the reservation or booking for which, you are requesting refund and cancellation.
